My Review: Mine starts off almost exactly where Real ended. Brooke is back where she belongs at the side of the ring cheering Remy on as he makes his way to the championship this season. In this novel we get to see Remy and Brooke finally in a stable relationship. We learn more about Remy's bipolar disorder and his parents. I admit that I become overly attached to fictional characters but when it is revealed how Remy's parents treated him and what they did to him it made me want to cry for him. I also wanted to kill his parents. I cannot imagine ever wanting to do what they did to my own child, especially to someone as beautiful as Remy.
I understand how some other reviewers are complaining about the repetitiveness of Brooke's admiration of Remy's body but I didn't mind it too much. I think that it described Brooke's love for him and it explains her jealousy with the groupies at matches. Brooke has a valid excuse for being jealous because she thinks that Pete and Riley brought women to Remy to have sex with while Brooke was away.
I enjoyed the developments in Remy and Brooke's relationship because I think it brought them closer together. In my opinion Brooke and the team handled Remy's mood swings better this time. I think everyone in the sequel has grown and are now more comfortable with each other.

I think Brooke's pregnancy added depth to the relationship because it gives Remy and Brooke something to focus on other than each other. The relationship is no longer just about them but they now have to think of another person. I was upset that they were separated for about two months because Brooke is bed ridden.
Also, in case you didn't think she was stupid before...you were wrong.
Nora goes back to Scorpion. I cannot express how annoyed/irritated/baffled that she was idiotic enough to go back to him. Yes it is revealed later why but still I don't agree with it. Pete could have/would have helped her but nook she wanted to handle it on her own. And then she goes back to Pete in the end. Poor Pete. I don't understand why Pete would even want her now.

Overall Opinion: Words cannot explain how much I was anticipating this novel and now that I have read I can honestly say that I am in love with Brooke and Remy. I felt so connected to them in this novel because there is more depth to their relationship and we get to see their everyday lives. I liked seeing the growth in Remy and Brooke's relationship and I cannot wait to read Remy to see the beginning of the relationship through Remy's eyes. I give Mine 4.5-5 stakes because I completely understand Brooke's state of mind...I want Remy to be mine.
